Susan Mills Cipione has experience advising a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants. Her concentrations include leasing, financing, development, entity selection and formation, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. With experience in public finance, bonds, and securitizations, she also represents financial institutions as indenture trustees. Susan provides strategic counsel on complex transactions and regulatory matters. Outside of her practice, she is actively involved in industry organizations and frequently speaks at professional conferences.
